New Studio Information Form

We have moved to an all-Digital Format for our events.    We will no longer be producing DVDs in house, as we are working with a third-party company for duplicating DVDs with custom DVD printing and cover artwork.   This will be an add on service to our proposal below.  Pricing is based on One Full day with your studio/school to cover all your shows that day.  We are making some of these changes due to Cell Phones and people recording the shows and their individual dances only which is affecting sales on our end.    We are moving to a Everyone Gets the Event at a set price for all our High Schools and Studios.   Going digital allows everyone to have the best quality of video at their fingertips to show off to their friends and family anywhere they go, so that ALL students can have this memory forever.

Event Video Service Information :  Digital Download Link for All Students/Families/Teachers

• Video production/filming all your studios show(s)
•   Delivery times estimated 2-6 weeks from the date of the event.
• Digital Download link using Google Drive with the studio/school as an admin for the folder.   You can share to all parents/students by email.   They then will be able to download the video and can be viewed on their electronic devices.  Links can also be posted on social media, websites, etc.

• Editing/Postproduction:  We will edit the show to take out in between dance time, adding graphics for each dance.    Will include a full show edit and each individual dance routine.

Cost:  We will get your a quote once we have all your information about your shows.

Additional Services and Add Ons:

Multiple Days of Events:  Please contact for pricing.

DVD Add On: 50 DVD Minimum Order.  Cost is $750(first 50 DVDs included) and each additional DVD is $10 each.

We will send a confirmation email after we have received your booking information.   Shortly after we will provide an invoice using our PayPal invoicing system.   Invoices can be paid in partial payments or in full.   Final payments will be due before the final edited event(s) is sent.
